Q: When exactly are you available?

A: While our opening hours indicate daytime hours, we provide emergency services 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year.  We usually respond to all emergency calls within one hour period.

Q: Are you certified to do the emergency restoration jobs?

A: Yes, we are certified in emergency restoration services such as, but not limited to, water damage restoration, fire and smoke restoration, and mold remediation jobs.

Q: How does your service differ from general contractor?

A: We have with us a unique restoration process which differ to a large extent from general contractors. We have extensive services which includes interior and exterior remodeling services which have a high standard of quality and swift job completion. When dealing with a covered loss, we always tell the homeowner upfront of the price and the scope of the job before starting with the necessary works and repairs. We also discuss with agents, adjusters and homeowner other mitigating factors to ensure that emergency work is completed quick and with less loss.

Q: What does my insurance policy cover?

A: We suggest to discuss this with your insurer or look into the face of the insurance policy. Most restoration contractors are not involved with the coverages of your insurance because our expertise is solely lodged on restoring your damaged property to their pre-loss condition.
